Seer Investments LLC is a private investment and technology firm. Whether you are a founder exploring a partnership, an existing partner who needs help accessing our workspace, a journalist on deadline, or someone with a question about how we handle your information, this page is the fastest way to reach a person who can help.
The most reliable way to contact us is by email. Write to the address that best fits your request from the list below, tell us briefly what you need, and include any context that will help us route your message correctly. We read every message that reaches us.
We aim to acknowledge and respond to every inquiry within two business days. Complex requests — such as verified data-deletion requests or the coordinated handling of a security report — may take longer to resolve in full, but we will always confirm receipt within that window and tell you what to expect next.

Choose the channel that matches your request so we can reach the right person quickly:
- General inquiries and support — for any question, including help with this website or the partner workspace, write to contact@seerprivate.com. When in doubt, use this address; we will route your message internally.
- Partnerships and business development — for founders, operators, co-investors, and strategic counterparties, write to partners@seerprivate.com.
- Media and press — for journalists, analysts, and press inquiries, write to press@seerprivate.com.
Hours. Our team operates Monday through Friday and supports partners globally across time zones. Email reaches us at any hour; we respond during business days. If your message arrives over a weekend or holiday, we will pick it up on the next business day.

03 Partner Portal
Help with the partner workspace.
Existing partners access a private workspace at the partner portal. If you have been granted access and are having trouble signing in, the guidance below covers the most common situations.
- Password reset. If you cannot sign in with your existing credentials, do not repeatedly retry. Email contact@seerprivate.com from the address associated with your account and we will help you reset access securely.
- Single sign-on (SSO). Where SSO has been configured for your organization, sign in using your organization identity provider. If your SSO session fails or your organization has changed its identity settings, contact us and we will re-verify and restore your connection.
- New access requests. Partner-portal access is granted on a named, per-person basis. If you need access, or need to add a colleague, send the request to contact@seerprivate.com or use the contact page. Please include your full name, organization, and the name of your primary Seer contact so we can verify and provision access.
- Removing access. If someone at your organization has left or no longer requires access, let us know at the same address and we will revoke it promptly.
For security reasons, we never ask for your password by email and will never send it to you in plain text. If you receive a message claiming to be from Seer that asks for your credentials, do not respond to it — forward it to contact@seerprivate.com instead.

Frequently asked questions.
How do I request partner access?
Email contact@seerprivate.com or use the contact page with your full name, organization, and the name of your primary Seer contact. We verify each request individually and provision access on a named, per-person basis. You will receive sign-in instructions once your access is confirmed.
How do I make a data or privacy request?
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you and how it is used. Send your request to contact@seerprivate.com and describe what you would like to know. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before we act on the request. Our full Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we collect and how we handle it.
How do I update or delete my information?
To correct, update, or delete information you have shared with us — for example, contact details submitted through an inquiry form or newsletter sign-up — email contact@seerprivate.com with the specifics of what you would like changed or removed. Once we have verified your identity, we will action the request and confirm when it is complete, subject to any records we are required to retain by law.
How do I report a security concern?
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, or you have a concern about the security of our systems or communications, email contact@seerprivate.com with the details. Please see the responsible-disclosure section below for how we handle these reports.
I have a general business inquiry — where do I start?
For partnership, investment, or business-development conversations, write to partners@seerprivate.com. For anything else, contact@seerprivate.com reaches the right team, and we will route your message internally if needed.
How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to respond to every inquiry within two business days. If your request is complex and will take longer to resolve, we will still confirm receipt within that window and tell you what happens next.

Security and responsible disclosure.
We take the security of our systems and the information entrusted to us seriously, and we welcome reports from security researchers and members of the public who identify potential vulnerabilities.
If you believe you have discovered a security issue affecting Seer Investments LLC — including this website, the partner workspace, or any of our communications — please report it to contact@seerprivate.com. Include enough detail for us to reproduce and understand the issue: what you found, where you found it, and the steps to demonstrate it.
We ask that you give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate before disclosing any issue publicly, and that you avoid accessing, modifying, or deleting data that does not belong to you, degrading our services, or interacting with accounts other than your own. Acting in good faith along these lines, you can expect us to acknowledge your report, keep you informed of our progress, and work with you toward a timely resolution.
